The thread, not just the last message
With Microsoft 365 connected, the pane pulls in the earlier messages of the conversation before it judges or drafts. In chat it opens attachments too: PDFs (scanned ones are OCR'd), Office documents, images.
A draft you steer
Say what the reply needs to do, then adjust: Make it shorter, Warmer tone, More formal, or your own instruction. Every pass revises the existing draft rather than starting over, and you can edit it by hand before inserting.
The whole mailbox, not just this email
The pane's chat searches your Microsoft 365 mail, calendar, files and tasks. Every change-shaped action is shown to you for approval first — and no Microsoft 365 send tool is offered to the model. If you attach the Google Workspace connector, its Gmail send becomes available and also goes through your approval.
Grounded in your knowledge
Attach a knowledge base to the pane's chat: the server re-checks your access rights, then answers from those documents. The reply draft itself works from the thread and your instructions.
Governed models
The same catalogue of approved models as the rest of HiloIntelligence: a model your administrator revokes is refused server-side, not merely hidden from the menu.
