This documentation is the reference our team follows to install and operate HiloIntelligence for you: the starting requirements per environment (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, OVHcloud, on-premises servers), SSO sign-in with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the domain, DNS and certificates, plus the architecture diagrams.

How to use it

  1. 1Pick the environment where your instance will be installed: each page lists the requirements, the permissions and the information to hand to the technician.
  2. 2Prepare SSO sign-in and the domain before the installation meeting — those two steps drive the timeline.
  3. 3Read the architecture diagrams to understand the resources deployed and the network flows.
  4. 4Once the requirements are met, our team schedules the installation with you: instance deployment, SSO sign-in, white-label branding and a final verification. You install nothing yourself.

What happens next?

The cloud needs none of these requirements: your instance lives on your-name.hilointelligence.ca, and self-serve signup is coming soon. These pages cover private hosting, where the installation is performed and operated by Hilo Tech on your organization's infrastructure.
