- How much does HiloIntelligence cost per user?
- Three per-user, per-month plans: Plan P1 at $10 (private AI portal), Plan P2 at $16 (integrated with Microsoft 365) and Plan P3 at $36 (with HiloAssistant, the local assistant). You can split your users across several plans.
- Is there a billing minimum?
- Yes. The license minimum is $200 per month, rising to $300 as soon as a Plan P2 seat is selected and to $400 with a Plan P3 seat. The Automation add-on is added to your licenses and absorbed by that minimum; Compliance, Dev / QA and the Learning Center are billed on top. The Learning Center carries its own $300 minimum, so the lowest invoice that includes it is $500 per month ($200 license + $300 learning).
- How much does the Learning Center cost?
- $3 per seat per month, with a $300 per month minimum on the add-on itself: from 1 to 100 seats it bills $300; at 101 seats it bills $303. Its seats are independent of the plans — you can train staff who never use the AI portal. Its minimum is separate from the license minimum and stacks with it: a base plan is still required, so the lowest invoice that includes the Learning Center is $500 per month.
- Do you offer volume discounts?
- Yes: 10% above 100 users, 20% above 250 and 30% above 500. The discount applies to the whole monthly license amount.
- Is AI consumption included in the price?
- It is paid on usage, on top of the licenses, from a credit wallet you top up in advance. The simulator's per-user amount is all-in: it covers model consumption and the token-management fees.
- How much does private hosting cost?
- Cloud (SaaS) adds no hosting fee. A deployment in your Azure subscription or on your own server adds $300 per month for management by Hilo Tech; one-time setup fees may apply depending on your integrations.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Not to create the instance: the estimate carries no commitment, and self-serve cloud signup is coming soon — until then, our team creates the instance with you. The card is what opens the licenses — until the subscription is paid, the instance exists but stays locked. It stays that way for 14 days after creation: past that point without payment it is suspended, and a self-serve signup that is never paid is archived and then deleted on day 21. We email a warning on day 7 and day 12.
