Every Teams meeting, recorded, transcribed and summarized — without lifting a finger
The assistant joins your Microsoft Teams calls — scheduled, group, or one-on-one — captures the audio and, on scheduled and group meetings, turns it into a transcript attributed speaker by speaker and a structured summary, then drops each participant's own recap into the Meetings tab of your platform, filtered to their own attendance window.
- Joins scheduled, group or 1:1 calls
- Visible recording banner for the whole capture
- One recap per participant, waiting in the Meetings tab
From invite to recap, with no manual work
Once your admin turns it on, the assistant follows every meeting end to end.
- 01
Invite
The bot is added to the Teams meeting — scheduled from Outlook/Teams, or invited mid-call. A managed cloud service run by Hilo Tech, with nothing to install on any device.
- 02
Join
It joins at the exact start time, with the recording banner visible to everyone.
- 03
Record
Audio is captured continuously for the whole length of the call — per speaker on scheduled and group meetings, since Teams delivers no separate tracks on one-on-one calls — under the Microsoft 365 compliance recording policy your admin turns on.
- 04
Transcribe
On a scheduled or group meeting, speech becomes text as the conversation happens, every line attributed to the person who said it. A one-on-one call returns the recording only: Teams delivers no separate tracks there, and the transcript is built from those tracks.
- 05
Summarize
When the call ends, the AI structures the transcript into a general summary, key points and next steps — each one naming the person responsible.
- 06
Recap
The moment the call ends, each participant's summary, transcript and audio land in the Meetings tab of your platform — filtered to their attendance, kept under the same governance and retention rules as the rest of your data.
One recap per person, not a generic write-up
Every participant gets only what they actually heard — not the full meeting if they joined late or left early.
No participant ever receives a clip they didn't hear.
The transcript and audio delivered are cut to that same window.
An early departure delivers that person's recap right away, without waiting for the call to end.
Present start to finish — full recap.
Joined late — their recap starts at 09:18.
What every Teams meeting actually becomes
Verifiable facts about what the assistant captures, structures and delivers on every call — not a time-saved promise.

A team memory that no longer depends on who took notes
Start recording on demand
A call turns out to matter after all? Trigger the capture right then from the Meetings tab — no need to have scheduled it.
1:1, group or scheduled
Every shape of Teams call is covered, not just the meetings already on the calendar.
Chat commands
Pause, resume, remove the bot, or switch to private mode — right from the call's chat.
Structured summary
General summary, key points and next steps — never a wall of text to re-read.
Queryable afterward
Ask the AI about it in chat — "What did we decide about the Vendor X contract?" — it answers citing the source meeting, its date and the link to open it.
Instant private mode
One word in the chat destroys the audio and transcript from memory immediately.
