Your whole office suite, one governed AI.
One Microsoft Entra account, five connected surfaces: Outlook mail and calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint files, Teams conversations. On the Google Workspace side, four native services connect the same way. And your administrator chooses exactly what the AI can see.
- Your existing Microsoft Entra or Google sign-in — no new password
- Permissions set à la carte, family by family
- AI panes inside Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Deployed and managed by Hilo Tech
Five surfaces, one identity, one governed core.
Each node is a distinct Microsoft source. The assistant doesn't merge them into a parallel store — it reads them live, under the permissions your admin has granted.
- 1Microsoft Entra IDThe identity that unlocks everything else — single sign-on locked to one Microsoft directory: an attempt from another is refused. Covering several entities stays possible, but only through a list of admitted directories that someone configures explicitly.
- 2Outlook — mail and calendarRead live over Microsoft Graph, at the level your admin sets (off, read, or read-write). Sending mail stays a separate switch, independent of that level.
- 3Teams — conversations and channelsChats and channels read under the same family-by-family policy; posting a message is a distinct action from simply reading.
- 4SharePointPick a site and the search stays precisely inside it. With no site picked, the search runs through Microsoft Graph, which enforces your own permissions: you only find documents you can already open — never a colleague's.
- 5OneDrivePersonal files read live; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF are converted server-side into usable text before they reach the chat model. One exception: a scanned PDF, with no text layer to convert, goes to a dedicated optical-recognition engine that returns the transcript.
Every surface connects independently.
Your admin sets a level per family — off, read, or read-write — never a blanket grant. Sending mail is a separate switch, adjustable independently of the level granted to the Mail family.
Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra.
Your employees sign in with the Microsoft 365 identity they already use — no new password, no new account to remember.
Native Entra authentication. The same identity provider that runs the rest of your organization handles sign-in to HiloIntelligence.
Locked to your tenant. The instance only accepts accounts from your Microsoft Entra directory — an attempt from another tenant is refused, including one spoofing an identical address. Two openings, both deliberate: a list of admitted directories, configured explicitly when you need to cover several entities; and an exact address added to the sign-in access list, which lets an invited external collaborator in from their own directory — never their whole domain. Personal Microsoft accounts are never admitted.
Profile synced. Name, email and photo come straight from your Microsoft directory, with nothing to re-enter.
An employee leaves, two moves. Disable the account in Microsoft Entra: no new sign-in is possible. To cut an already-open session on the spot, disable the person in HiloIntelligence — it takes effect immediately, on their very next request.

Identity verifiedOn Google too, the same governed AI.
Not every organization runs on Microsoft. The Google Workspace connector exposes four native services, with admin locks of its own — and it reuses the Google application already in place for Google sign-in, with no second project to create.
Four native services. Gmail — messages, threads, drafts, labels and contact lookup —, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Google Tasks, each with its own tools.
Each person links their own account. Authorization is individual, not organization-wide: everyone connects their Google account in one click, and the assistant then works under that person's token — it never sees more than they do.
Gmail and Drive by default. Calendar and Tasks aren't loaded into a chat automatically: you add them from the service picker when you need them.
Two admin locks. A read-only mode that refuses every send, create, update or delete before the call to Google even happens; and a list of allowed tools. Both are re-read on every chat turn.
Drive files read, never downloaded. Docs, Sheets and Slides are exported to text by Google; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF are converted server-side, exactly as for OneDrive.

Five panes, inside the apps you already work in.
The same agentic assistant opens as a side pane in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and your browser. It reads what is in front of you and acts through tools you can switch off by category. In Office, edits apply straight into the open file — reversible on request, and Word can turn them into tracked changes. In the browser it is the opposite: every action that changes a page waits for your approval, while reading the page or moving between tabs runs straight away.
Outlook
A triage verdict, a reply draft and a search across your whole mailbox, from the reading pane. The AI prepares drafts — new message, reply, forward — but sending stays your move: there is no send tool at all.
See the Outlook pageWord
Reads the document's outline, sections and comments, then edits precisely: targeted replacements, tables, styles, footnotes, table of contents. Turn on suggestion mode and every edit lands as a tracked change you accept in Word's Review tab.
Excel
The assistant is instructed never to do mental arithmetic: figures come from a formula written into the sheet, a pivot table, or Python analysis run in a sandbox on a copy of the workbook. It formats, charts, solves for a target value — and re-reads its own output as an image.
PowerPoint
Designs each slide like a poster — palette, structure, motif — then renders it as an image to review it. On an existing slide it reaches for the narrowest tool (background, text, shape) instead of rebuilding everything.
Browser pane (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
A side-panel extension that reads the active page and its interactive elements, switches tabs, clicks and fills fields. Password, card-number and one-time-code fields are refused by the extension itself — and every action that changes the page (clicking, filling, opening an address) waits for your approval by default, while reading and switching tabs run straight away.
Two modules, two detailed pages.
The Outlook add-in and the Teams meeting assistant each have a full page of their own: one installs into Outlook, the other covers your Teams meetings.
The answers to the questions your admin will ask.
Four classic IT objections, with the technical answer behind each one.
Revocation never depends on the token.
An account disabled or a session revoked in HiloIntelligence stops working immediately, no matter what a token still carries: every request re-checks the real state of the session and the account in the database, never just the signature on the token it was handed.
No Entra app-registration project.
Connecting Microsoft 365 requires no manual Entra application configuration: it reuses the Azure app registration already in place for your single sign-on, instead of a new Azure AD project to wire up Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
One search, three Microsoft surfaces — four with Teams.
A single query fans out in parallel across mail, calendar, and OneDrive and SharePoint files — without you having to say where to look. Teams is not included by default: add it in the chat's service picker and the same query goes out across four surfaces.
Shared mailboxes detected automatically.
Once a Microsoft administrator has consented the application permissions, HiloIntelligence queries your tenant and offers each person only the shared mailboxes they can actually open — checked one by one against their Exchange rights, not against a list. Until that consent is granted, discovery falls back cleanly to the list your administrator maintains: never an empty screen.
